1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the date your order is delivered. To qualify, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • All seals, labels, and protective films must remain intact.
  • A recorded video of the unboxing is required as proof in case of damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

2. Unboxing Video Requirements

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please follow these guidelines:

  • The video must clearly show the sealed package, the opening process, and the condition of all items inside.
  • The video must be continuous (no cuts or edits).
  • The shipping label must be visible at the start of the video.

This helps us verify claims and maintain product safety and hygiene standards.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products purchased during final sale or clearance promotions
  • Gift cards or digital items

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, photos, and the required unboxing video.
  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

5. Return Process

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide instructions for sending the product back.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for:

  • Unopened products
  • Items returned within the 14-day window
  • Products of equal or lesser value (price difference may apply)

7. Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
